Information for Speakers

To become a speaker at the Charleston Conference, submit your proposal using our Call for Papers form. Proposals will be reviewed after the deadline on July 18, and decision emails will be sent shortly thereafter. If your proposal is accepted, check out the helpful info for presenters below.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • The Early Bird Registration deadline is September 18, 2015. All speakers must register to attend the conference.
  • Please submit a Personal Biography and an Equipment Request for any materials needed in addition those provided by Friday, October 2, 2015. Forms coming soon.
  • Please submit a rough draft of your paper for the proceedings no later than Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Papers must be received prior to presentation at the Conference.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS INFORMATION

Each session presented at the Conference is expected to submit a paper to be published with the Conference Proceedings. Submission guidelines and deadlines are listed below.
