Charleston Conference Speaker Information

Helpful Accessibility Guidelines

Meeting Room A/V Equipment: Each conference meeting room will be equipped with a laptop, projector, screen, and internet access. All special equipment requests received through October 28 have been processed and submitted to our A/V technicians at the meeting venues, but please check in with us if you have any questions.

Slides: Please upload your slides through your speaker page on Sched.com for each session in which you are presenting. You do not have to upload slides prior to the conference, but we do need to receive all final slide decks as soon as possible after your presentation.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • The Early Bird Registration deadline is September 28, 2018. All speakers must register to attend the conference.
  • You will receive an invitation in late August to set up your speaker account at sched.org with your picture and biography. Please load a picture and short bio by Friday, September 28. See sched.org’s Speaker Tools page for more information.
  • Please submit an Equipment Request for any materials needed in addition those provided by Friday, September 28.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS INFORMATION

Each session presented at the Conference is strongly encouraged to submit a paper to be published with the Conference Proceedings. Submission guidelines and deadlines are listed below.
